PROTEM SAS / SERCO SAS the world leader for the engineering and the manufacturing of special onsite equipment for the nuclear and oil/gas industries, manufacturer of tube and pipe transportable machining and welding machines, flange facers, boring machines, valve repair equipment, is now hiring sales engineers. In order to confirm its leadership, the company is offering a unique opportunity to a valuable candidate to develop a business in its own country. PROTEM will support this office by providing with all the necessary equipment and the administrative structure required. The candidate shall have a technical and/or a mechanical background (engineer or equivalent through his professional experience). He/she is ideally familiar with either the nuclear industry or the oil and gas industry or is in connection with the industry that has to deal with machining or welding. He/she will be under the direct supervision of the Executive Sales Manager of the company. Besides his native language, the candidate will have to speak and write English fluently. The candidates will be interviewed in France after being selected. Squaring machines

Overview

Portable, small and light machines for facing of thin tubes.
These machines cover ranges from 2 to 219 mm. Diameters over 219 mm can be machined on request.

The machines type PROTEM SE & SL are clamped on the outer part of the tube through collets. Usually,
one collet per diameter is necessary.

There is no distortion of the tubes, even for the thinnest ones.
The PROTEM SE & SL machines can be electrically (with cord or cordless for some types of machines)
or pneumatically driven.
They can also be mounted onto a bench support.

These machines are the ideal solution for applications within various fields such as:

Running principle

PROTEM grooving bench allows to perform grooving or milling works on flanges or on sheets, on site or in workshops.
According to the needs, it can work flat or in vertical axis. Thanks to its clamping system and its adjustable feet,
it has a machining capacity 1025 mm.

Its simple use, its stiffness, its easy adjustment and its great machining capacity makes it a versatile equipment.

The air-powered US30 beveller is a robust and portable weld-end preparation machine.
It performs repeatable, high quality weld-preps on most metal pipes including stainless
steel from 30 mm ID to 114.3 mm OD.
